TAIWAN WEEK: Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) hutts her hat in Kenting!

In her bid for the Taiwan presidency, Tsai Ing-wen has returned to her home province of Pingdong to campaign on the beach at Kenting National Park. Her new sun hat may make or break the Democratic Progressive Party in the election next week!
